Day 1: Arrival in Arusha
Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Take some time to relax and prepare for the exciting safari ahead. Enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its large herds of elephants and impressive baobab trees. Spend the day exploring the park on a game drive, with a packed lunch in the bush. In the late afternoon, drive to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tarangire to Serengeti National Park
Start your day with an early breakfast before departing for Serengeti National Park. The drive will take you through picturesque landscapes, including the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive in the Serengeti and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Settle into your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Enjoy a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, where you’ll have the chance to see a variety of wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, and giraffes. Take a packed lunch with you to maximize your time in the park. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and relaxation.
Day 5: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, depart for Ngorongoro Crater. Arrive and descend into the Crater for a game drive, exploring the diverse ecosystems and spotting wildlife such as black rhinos, wildebeests, and flamingos. Enjoy a packed lunch in the Crater before heading to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater to Lake Manyara National Park
Enjoy breakfast at your lodge before departing for Lake Manyara National Park. Spend the day on game drives, known for its tree-climbing lions and large flocks of flamingos. After a packed lunch, continue your exploration of the park. Return to your lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7: Departure
After a final breakfast, transfer back to Arusha. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Arusha. You will then be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure.
